    BEFORE  JOINING

    I was 80 Kgs.

    I had B.P., gastric troubles and obesity.

    I had breathing trouble.

    I used to feel tired easily.

    My confidence  level was going down.

    AFTER  JOINING

    I am 65 Kgs.

    My B.P. is normal without tablets.

    My breathing is normal.

    I do not get tired.

    My confidence level has increased 100 %.

    I joined Vijayan's Yoga centre 3 months back.Here daily Iam experiencing a new source of energy. Since last 10 to 12 years I have been suffering from B.P., gastric troubles and also obesity. I had to take medicines for B.P. I was sleepless if I didn't have the tablet Aten 25 at night. Even a flight of 10 -12 steps made me breathless and I used to gasp for breath. For my breathing to be normal I had to take rest for 5 mins. Due to all these my confidence level was going down.

    When I saw an advt. of Vijayan's Yoga I thought of joining these classes. But I was doubtful whether or not I can gain anything out of it. After 8 days of classes I felt defeated and could do no more as I used to feel exhausted after the classes. But at this time Vijayan's Sir's motivational speech kept me going ahead. Vijayan Sir is a Yoga guru who points out the mistakes of his students and tries to correct it.

    All thanks to Vijayan Sir today after 3 months my B.P. is normal. I have stopped taking tablets. My weight has come down to 65 Kgs. My confidence level has gone up. Even after 1 hour of yoga I do not feel exhausted. I can climb 30 -50 steps at a stretch. I don't have breathing problems.

    I hope Vijayan Sir continues to light our path of healthy living as he is doing now.

    Three months ago I joined Vijayan yoga classes. I had problems relating to obesity, B.P., Hypertension, knee problem. Under the guidance of Yogacharya Vijayan Raman, our yoga  Guru, my weight has reduced by 25kgs in three months time and my health related problems have been solved drastically. For me its not just a yoga class, its a overall personality development for me, because of which  I remain cool and enhance my decision making capability.     I was overweight and weighed 105 Kgs.

    I am a hypothyroid patient and was under medication for 5 years.

    I developed PCOD a year back due to stress and lifestyle disorder.

    I had bad eating habits that added to my problems.

    I have 4 screws in my knee due to an accident that made it difficult for any kind of exercise.

    AFTER  JOINING

    I reduced  18  Kgs.

    I have stopped taking medicines as yoga has helped control my hypothyroid.

    My stress levels have reduced and I live a disciplined lifestyle now.

    Also my bad food habits have gone and now I eat healthy food.

    Yoga alone made it possible for me to loose weight and start a healthy and disciplined life.I am continuing with my weight loss program and hope to reach my target weight in the next three months and live healthy for the rest of my life.

    I had spondylosis since last 3 years.

    I had menstrual problems .
