A person who learns yoga is called a yogi and he has to have discipline in everything that he does. Discipline comes from the word disciple.It is the capacity to learn and know. They are : annamaya kosha- the conscious physical, pranamaya kosha- the subconscious physical, manomaya kosha- the mental body, vignamaya kosha- the intellectual body and anandmaya kosha- the blissful body. All these layers represent different aspects of human personality. Hence in personality development all these five dimensions should be focused. As a result when all the negative aspects of a person is removed his personality is automatically improved. A person with good personality avoids acting on impulse, wakes up early, exercises regularly, avoids addictions, is not tempted and is not lazy. He is able to impress people easily.
